Hello,With the new WebEx MeetApp, using different outlook profiles, Outlook does not start. Removing the complement/plugin from Outlook solves de the problem.Any help appreciated.Oulook 2010 WebEx MeetApp

Hello,I read for previous versions that once the user is synced, putting and "{" before the first name and last name will prevent it to appear in the directory.Do you think it could work?Hope that helps

Thanks for your answer. The problem could be that old DNS server are still in service but with some problems with WebEx names/IPs. Exactly, what do the old server need to solve in order to be able to make the changes using GUI? Name to IP , IP to Nam...

Hello, At least on CUCM 10.5, when you search for trunks in CUCM under device - trunk, you can see the columns: SIP Trunk Status SIP Trunk Duration Hope that helps

Thaks Jaime, At least mine didn´t came preconfigured with RAID. Hope that BU people see this post. More than the RAID there are things to be considered I think that should. Best regards
