Hi Bongsu,All the 9971 phones register ok and work fine but after a while some will not take incoming "internal" calls from other extensions.If we delete the phone and re-add it in CCA it then works but may stop receiving after some time. Simply rebo...

Hi Jose,We have flashed our 8941 with the Sip firmware and set it up in CCA as 9971 (as it is not officially supported) and is working fine for video calls. We also have 9971 and both can call each other.I hope this helps.Let me know if you need help...

Hi,Thanks for the reply, we have tried your second fix and whilst it has stopped them rebooting some of them do seem to drop their incoming extension.E.g the phones can dial out but will not accept incoming calls.Any ideas on this?Best regards,TimSen...
