Can you purchase the 3 year warranty coverage on the UC560 even if the unit has been in service for over a year and has never had the warranty coverage?  Is there a cost to get it caught up?Thanks!

We have an analog conference room speaker phone that has an extension in the UC560 system.  Is it possible to add a button to the receptionist phone that would allow her to monitor that extension?It does not seem to be an option in the CCA.Thanks!
