What API does CTI OS user to login a station?

CTI OS can login a new station "1311308". When our application calls "SnapshotDeviceReqMSG()", we get the following exception "CF_INVALID_CSTA_DEVICE_IDENTIFIER (12)". Does anyone know what API CTI OS use to login a station?                  D2014020...
