Can't get to Task Routing Sandbox for a couple of weeks now.

I can't get to any Sandbox for a couple of weeks now.   Always shows 400 Bad Request. From any browser on any machine it's the same.  Will this ever be fixed?  I want to try some Task routing.  I can go here: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/task-rou...
