Firmware is 2.2.x, FI are 6248... Think the way to go is 2,3,n Global VSANs, 2,3,n pairs of HBAs, each pair associated to one VSAN. I am not quite clear when it comes to Storage Connection Policy and zoning. Looking for some advise.Thanks

Yes, I am booting from SAN...the thing is that all validated designs I read use boot from SAN and initiator groups. This to me looks like double zoning, unless I am missing something.

Can't find any way of doing zoning from UCS Central. When I go in UCSM and create a SP or a template there is a zoning section, nothing like that with Global SP or Global SP templates. I assume the way to go is local templates from which I can refere...
