I have seen that for both phones I neglected to put in the 1 dn (number). This is probably responsible. Will correct mistake and update this post on monday. Thanks!

I have a network with 3905 phones and CUCME 9.1 and am currently facing this same challenge with the 3905.Sh run configs and debug ccsip messages are included here. Will appreciate any help.
