i think just bypassing id and passwd i got only one voicemailbox in the system if i make a call to 899106 its functional but if i set telephony-service, voicemail to 899106 it doesn't

Both ways are possible.First i started with cca because it's more comfortable but later i realized that there is no way to bypass the cli completely.Thanks for help.
