9.0(4) release is not available on cisco download site. The oldest available release is 9.2(1)Following are the available releases, please suggest which one to try.9.4(1)SR1, 9.4(1), 9.3(4), 9.3(2)SR1, 9.3(2), 9.3(1), 9.2(3), 9.2(2), 9.2(1)

Thanks for the reply.After following the steps, the SIP firmware and SEP[MAC_ADDRESS].cnf.xml uploaded on cisco 8941, but the phone is still not registered with Asterisk.  attached SEP[MAC_ADDRESS].cnf.xml
