Is Cisco Flexstack 2960s compatible with VME's based on VxWorks

I have experienced lost packets of VME's based on VxWorks (CPU Motorola 167 and 2700) when they are connected into a Flexstack configuration using Cisco 2960s Switches . In all the VME's Console a message "arptnew failed on 0" appeared . Thanks
