8845 phone not discovering bluetooth devices

We have call manager ver 11.0 installed . Currently customer having endpoint as 8845. We are not able to discover Bluetooth devices on 8845 phone so intelligent proximity not working. Any help is appreciated. Regards Umesh 919833066617

Yes Manish It is enabled as per given procedure. 8845 Phone is discoverable on mobile phone but on 8845 phone it is not discovering mobile phone.
