Have 2 3850 switches installed where as the collector is only collecting the serial number of one of them. Is there a setting I need to configure in the collector to pick up the information on the other switch
I can access via CLI but trying to log into the GUI i keep getting Invalid credentials. Tried using the forgot password to unlock with no luck. Is there anything I can do via CLI to fix this issue? Currently using ver 2.7

Keep getting the failure Error Enabling server connection when I enter my CCO information in the Software updates tab. Does anyone know what this means and how can I connect to update the software
was able to run the command while in root. however it did not allow for me to log into the system using the default pw...possibility i may have done something wrong
