Dears  we have an abnormal issue with CUIC reporting system . Our solution as below  UCCX 11.6 ( One Node) with CUIC 11.6 ( Same Server ). Since week we can check all historical reports  for this year (2019)and last years ( 2016- 2018 ) . Now we didn't find any reports for this period (  1-6-2018 - 6 -9-2019 ) , but we can check yesterday reports and reports before 6-2018 normally. Dears  I have these scenarios with different result   1- 1st scenario  (Conference success) IP Phones ----CUCM----SIP GW---PRI----PSTN IP Phone A (Region A)  has call with IP Phone B (Region B) using g729 codec for this call , then make conference with PSTN Number using codec g729 and conference success . 2- 2st scenario  (Conference failed) IP Phones  ----CUCM----H323 GW-------Avaya PBX IP Phone A (Region A)  has call with IP Phone B (Region B) using g729 codec for this call , then make conference with Avaya  Extension using codec g729 and conference failed Please note that Calls between any IP Phone and Avaya extension use g729 Codec. All IP Phones has MRGL with conference bridge and transcoder H323 VG between CUCM and Avaya has MTP required. 3-3rd scenario  Phone A  has call with PSTN number using Codec g729 then try to make conference with avaya extension but Conf failed. we have ring back tone issue with below scenario  PSTN -----PRI (E1)----SIP VGW--- SIP trunk-----CUCM----SIP TRUNK-----CUC(AA)---Transferred Calls to Internal IP Phone. When incoming call trough above scenario and Transferred  by Unity AA to internal extension , Caller not get ring back tone . Dears  We plane to register Cisco Phone 7821 through MRA (Expressway Solution) , As Cisco doc , we have to signed expressway edge with one of public certs which trusted  by this phone. Our Workaround  was to create CA roots certs using Open ssl with same attributes of one of Public certs that phone trusted , then generate CSR request of expressway core and edge to be signed by this new certs. But Phone 7821 failed to register with same error message "Invalid Certificate  " but jabber works fine. Now we plan to sign expressway edge and core with one of Public Certificate seller so what is info ,we have to  provide Public Certificate Issuer  with it to get correct certificate . I think we have to provide them  1- CSR requests from EXP Edge and Core 2- need to sigh this certs by SERVER-Client Template 3- provide them Public Certificate doc which 7842 phone trusted and use one of them  These info enough or not ?? Also now expressway solution in production for Jabber remote use , we need to know that if we generate CSR request from expressway edge and core , will this has effect on UC traversal zone between EXP edge and core ??
