Webex Meeting Server (CWMS) rebooting?

Deployed CWMS 1.0.1.6.A ova on a UCS B series however the VM is contstatinly rebooting. Attached is screenshoot. Has anyone experienced this?

6500 CMM configuration

We have a 6500 6 port T1 CMM split between 2 Callmanager clusters. Can we configure the CMM for both MGCP and H323.Thanks.

Thanks Brad, for the clarification. Is there any documentation on the active/passive mode? What are the requirements for installing and configuring the passive server? ie. same IP address as the primary etc..Thanks.
