So managed to sort it via TAC case, even though the config hadnt changed and been the same for the last 12 years, the upgraded hardware and IOS forces the error.
Any incoming static NAT address that's also within the interfaces own subnet and running HSRP created a duplicate IP address error, the way round it is to put a no-alias at the end of those static NAT commands

Sorry my question is any idea why I'm getting duplicate ip address errors messages once these routers are BOTH upgraded with the same configs?
sorry I missed out the duplicate IP address are static NATs, so router A has errors that 192.168.1.1 is a duplicate ip address with the mac address of router b, and router b has the same errors but with the mac address of router a
I don't have a copy of the error message, it was just a duplicate ip address error

Hi Guys,
Not sure if in the right group here, but I've been upgrading old 2811 with ISR4331's, this one solution runs HSRP on the client facing side with matching static NAT entries, no problem till i upgraded both routers, currently had to roll back 1 of the router upgrades to stop the error.
Config was kept the same, no changes made and only does it with both routers upgraded.
running 15.5(3) S5
I do have another client with a similar solution but there is a small difference on the client facing interfaces
New routers that works has
Standby use-bia
New routers that error has
IP virtual-reassembly
Sadly not in a position to just 'try' and have to put the new solution forward in the change.
Any ideas guys?

Hi,
Currently my options are
1) Deny ip any any on KS gdoi ACL (wait a week to see if any fallout, then safety remove config on GMs)
2) Remove all GM peer IP addresses on KSs
3)on GMs remove VPN map command from interfaces as you suggested.

Been a long time since I've posted on here, but new to GETVPN, been asked to diabled fully without any down time, so looks like all GM have a open fail policy and no local ACLs.
what would you good people suggest as good way to allow traffic just to pass over the MPLS as normal not use the GETVPN?

Hi Richie, that bit will work, but only without enabling the captive portal and having the correct topologly in place. Cisco are saying the portal only works on the management vlan, but I dont see the sense in that at all, it seem draft!! I am trying to chase, but feedback is very slow coming. Thanks Kev

Hi Eric, We all need to have time off mate, re-charge the batteries The document is what both I and some of your fellow colleagues have set the AP up as, though the redirect says its for when a successful login has happened, and else where I read its for sending to a login page of own our (which we dont have) Currently Borislav is looking at this, I would like your view on how the untagged & management vlan should be setup in a guest access solution. sorry wrong button, dont know how to remove correct anwser. I've turned it off, as I have a much bigger issue with no in house authenication page after enabling captive portal from these devices (see my other post),have taken another brand new WAP561 out of the box, but not upgraded the firmware and this hasn't froze. If we cant sort out the in house authenication page issue, I am sending all 5 APs back and getting another vendor so the freezing wont be an issue. if you can help with that, please do as its a major issue here. thanks Kev
