Whatever path you put on the SFTP server, it will appear on the CUCM as /.
But CUCM will create a subfolder "cisco", and you have to put the file under that.

We have defined a different site vlan for each site so this should not be an issue. However, we have consulted to a Cisco TAC and they suggested to use encapsulation on vlan 1 by using a different native vlan on the trunk.
