You may need to upgrade the firmware on the phones to a newer version before they can pull the files on the server. Check the version of firmware on the phones and compare it with the one on the server - you may need a two step upgrade.Sent from Cisc...
You can export CDR report in Seviceability to locate dialed numbers. Your file will be comma delimited file. I usually import the file into Excel and sort through to locate the numbers.
