Hi Team, One of my customer is experiencing a TSP crash intermittently. Customer is using Cisco Attendant Console standard for the calls and it freezes . Hi Matt, Sorry for delayed response. We were trying to import maps in CMX through web and it gave us System error. it turned out to be an issue with the file exported from Prime 2.2. Hi Team, For our application, we use jabber web sdk for getting the presence/contacts status of a particular user. Recently, for one of the use cases, we need to use UPN instead of SAMaccountName for the users. We are able to login successfully using the credentials in the jabber client however, when we login via jabber web SDK, it gives us 404 Unauthorized. Is it because the user UPN gets appended with domain name? Is there a specific way on how Jabber APIs handle UPN authentication? I am unable to find any documentation on it. Please advise. Hi Team, We are facing a strange issue while using REST API to start recording. Accidentally we used our recording profile directory number instead of IP phone DN in the "deviceRef" field. Due to this, when we login to mediasense search and play, it gets stuck on Search page. I have attached the screenshot of the page.In the Ora startup logs, i could see following error: "requestParameters": { "deviceRef": "9900" } }} 0000000344: 10.106.6.244: Apr 22 2014 11:40:23.803 +0530: %CCBU_API-7-TRACE: {Thrd=http-bio-8440-exec-3} Result from the command - {"responseMessage":"Failure: Unable to disconnect the call using this deviceRef. Verify if the call exists and try again.","responseCode":4032} We have tried restarting services and even the server, but the webpage is still stuck even after restarting MS. We have tried using "stoprecording" API but it didnt help. I t looks like MS is stuck in a loop. I have tried looking at cancelJob API but i couldnt get jobID for this particular recording. Has anyone experienced this issue? Please advise what could be my next steps to fix this issue. Regards, J

Hello, I am unable to get a dial pad in the IDC. In the logs, i see the following message: AppDomain="IDC.exe" /><Exception Message="Failed to initialize dialer lines" Severity="5" ExceptionType="System.Exception"><Exception Message="No SIP aliases were registered. Not initializing dialer." TargetSite="Void InitializeLines()" CM has been added to the Administrator > options and a Dummy Sip device has been added in CUCM. An Update: The issue has been fixed. It was the firmware causing this issue. We were running V2.4.0-10 earlier .We deleted the IP Camera and upgraded the firmware to the latest V2.5.0-9 and added the camera back. It worked fine. Cheers, Jayant
