Hey I need to configure CUC in such a way that when someone  calls instead of calling the persons name (directory handler) I need to instead input but the persons number for the calls to initiated  

Greetings I have setup my CUCM and CUC under the system call handler am using extension 5605i have applied that to cti route point but the status is showing unknownseems as if am missing something which i can't detectwhat could that be. Thanks
