For what it's worth, I had a similar issue with data not populating on my AI-RRM page. I went into my browser settings (Firefox) and deleted cache, cookies, everything you can to "clean it up" and went back and all the data was populated.

To create more space I go to firmware management and delete old firmware packages I have uploaded. Thats a quick and easy way to free up some space.
