Depend how many people would use this network but personally I would use first hop redundancy protocol to asure high availiblity. As Leo said 95m is bit too much for gigaethernet. 1000Base-T should work up to 328 feet. But is only theory.I would see ...

could you post #show inventory with inserted sfp?as well #show inter [your_port_number] capabilities, #show run inter [your_port_number]

Could you post #show inventory when sfp is inserted. Try to setup duplex and speed before inserting sfp.

Base License is coming with daughter card. Yes you need two daughter cards.
