Can one can configure UCCX and Compliance Recording to provide the option to the caller to turn off Recording for their particular call? I had the thought to present the caller with the option in the initial prompt and move the caller to another queu...
How does one set a message retention policy in Unity if I want to delete older messages, for example, after a certain amount of time?
I have a need to use BAT to set the "Group Listen" check box on 7911s and can't seem to figure it out. It shows up in the templates but I need to update that field on phones already in the system. Any ideas?
