SIP traversal via VCSE call connects fine but outward video and audio in missing. We upgraded from 8.6 to 8.73. No errors in the log that I can see and when observing a bridge call incoming and outgoing appear to be ok.

thanks very much for your answer. just to be clear this is the backup of audio recordings to an SFTP server. there is nothing in the GUI to use ssh-key and nothing in the cli either? thanks again

Yes you got it in one.I used the serial number via TMS which is the supervisor engine.licensing@cisco.com supplied a new key overnight and all worked fine.Thanks for your answer.
