Hi, We have a situation where some users want to use both a CTI Remote Device using Jabber for Windows and use DVO-R using Jabber for iPhone. For DVO-R, we need to add a Mobile Identity to the user's TCT (Jabber for iPhone) device. This Mobile Identity has "Mobile Phone" and "Enable Mobile Connect" enabled, which means calls will simultaneous ring to this mobile phone number. Also, as far as I know, enabling Mobile Connect is a requirement for DVO-R. At the same time, we had to make a Remote Destination named JabberRD, to be attached to the CTI Remote Device. This JabberRD Remote Destination automatically has "Enable Mobile Connect" enabled according to the documentation; you cannot disable this. This means there are two Remote Destinations with Mobile Connect enabled. Also, both destinations go to the same phone number which is not allowed, we solved this by having one number filled in as E164 (+316xxxxx) and one as local (006xxxxx). But still two call legs will be set up, which of course shouldn't happen. What's the best practice around this issue, in case a user wants to have both CTI RD and DVO-R? Regards, Ruud van Strijp ... Hi, We have a lot of small contactcenters (1-2 phones), which we use because we need prompts and callqueueing for these small departments. Sometimes these departments want to be able to forward all incoming contactcenter calls to a 7925 wifi phone. Usually you'd make a Transfer To block in the UCCX script, but this way people don't have the ability to change the CFA destination since it's hardcoded. Is there a way to make users able to set up this call forward manually from their phone? We tried setting the CFA for the phones in the contactcenter, however this way the 7925 will ring but will be unable to answer the call. CUCM and UCCX version is 8.5. Regards, Ruud van Strijp ... Hi, We've recently upgraded AnyConnect 3.1.03103 to 3.1.04059. We've also upgraded our ASA from 9.1.1 to 9.1.2. Since this upgrade, I can't seem to connect to AnyConnect while being behind a proxy server anymore. When I'm not behind a proxy server, connecting goes without any issues. In AnyConnect I connect to our ASA, and fill in my AD username and password (our ASA uses AD for identification). If I fill in the wrong password, it shows "login failed", so the client initially seems to be able to connect to our ASA. When I fill in the right AD password, I used to get prompted for my proxy's username/password/domain, but now I don't. Instead, I get the following error messages: --------------------------- Cisco AnyConnect --------------------------- Proxy authentication failed using the supplied credentials. --------------------------- OK   --------------------------- --------------------------- Cisco AnyConnect --------------------------- The VPN client failed to establish a connection. --------------------------- OK   --------------------------- --------------------------- Cisco AnyConnect --------------------------- AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway.
