Therein lies the problem... I'm just a user in TAC with a defined configuration... the requirement to "press 1" is absurd and annoying. I know there are other teams who don't have this policy forced, and it's glorious.

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be anything I can find... but it sounds like it should work to set a master config. I'll keep dabbling with it... thank you.

I brought this issue up to Engineering and they advised that this is something that is actively being worked on in this bug (CSCut04205)Thank you - this was a great find and I have put together an internal tech note for our TAC team on this.
