Hi Nic, If you mean restart the discovery process, you would do that by unmanaging all devices by going to "Management:->"Unmanage Devices" and the doing discovery. Hope that answers the questionThanks-Sanjeev
HiThe ACS devices seem to be driven by software license packs. As of today SNTC does not support software license packs. That being said, if you do have a specific PID for an appliance that is of interest, I will be happy to check on itThanks-Sanjeev
