Can someone please confirm :In a Telepresence environment :CTSman and CUCM back-up needs to be carried out when there are no active meetings? Is it a mandatory thing, recommended or not required at all.Does it affect the meetings at all?Thanks in adv...

Hi Patrick,It works fine for other clients, we receive a single e-mail confirmation for each booking ( no matter how many end-points are added in that booking).In this case, we receiving seperate confirmation for each end-point.RegardsAnjali

Hi Paulo,I agreed on both your points.But, do you have any idea why factory slot image had been replaced by 1.8.5 version?And, I know that new .cop files include both the files for codec and touch, but in this case, all the codecs are using IP phones...
