Hello, I got 403 Access Denied when access CSAPI. I can access to service portal and have been granted as API developer. And, my application added the two APIs csapi-customer and csapi-alerts. I do a get from postman https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/product-alerts/field-notice-bulletins with the bearer token is generated by client id and client secret. The postman says 403 Forbidden. I don't know what's wrong. Could anyone get me a direction? Best Regards, SH Shao

We found the Jabber for iOS and Android clients can work in the Internet with custom HTML tabs using Javascript and dynamic html. Please consider the Jabber for Windows to support MRA.

Hello, I have a question the client cannot show the video when the client accepted the call. The Call details show the Termination Reason is "Timed out waiting for SDP transaction to complete". Have any idea and solution for this problem I faced ? Thanks, Andy
