If we change this setting in CUCM Service Parameter "Default Interregion Max Audio Bit Rate" to a different codec from default G729 to G711 do we need to restart the CUCM service for this to take effect?

We know manually to delete the ITL files from the settings in MX and SX series units we are just wondering is there any tool like Variphy or Uplinx that supports remotely to delete ITL files in BULK like they can do on 79XX/88XX phones.

Maren, Thanks for the quick response. If we have to reset the Regions which is pretty much all devices for this customer. I guess restarting the CUCM service is better anyways which will force restart all devices here.

Thanks Jaime. I will look in to this SIP Normalization scripts, I do see one pre-build with "refer-pass through". I hope this will do it.
