I've got an ASA (v9.5) with an external interface that is a 1GB connection. But we only have 100mb provisioned from our ISP. So our max utilization would be 100mb/s.
When we poll the router in SNMP tools, it reports the percent utilization based...
Hello! We're running CUCM 10.5.2. Internal environment is all SIP, with one pub and two subs. For PSTN access we have a single Cisco Router with PRI cards to a PSTN. CUCM access that router via SIP.
Most of our remote sites are a mesh VPN, so int...
Looking for a video phone to replace our 9971's, which our EOL.
Need video and 7 lines. Anything available? Most of the newer model video phones don't seem to support that many line keys

Certainly could technically, but this site is managed by a different group that does not want site to site connectivity, even for phones. It's a higher security area, with it's own firewall. I've tried to suggest the voice network be separately rou...
There is no layey3 connectivity from the restricted site to other sites -- that's the problem.
For example, our HQ is 10.1.1.0, which is where our CUCMs and PSTN gateway live.
Normal remote sites are 10.2.x.0. Those sites have full layer3 connectiv...
No, sorry. The packages contained newer firmwares. But we overrode the firmware upgrade via Device Defaults, to keep it at the original version. Also confirmed via GUI after the upgrade that the phones did not upgrade. They were (and are still) r...
Thank you all, +5.
Manish -- I installed the firmware using the cop.sgn files on all pub/subs (not individual firmware zip files). Is that what you mean by latest device pack? Or is there sometihng else?
