Thanks Ashok,I have a case open for this matter, it's actually something between the SIP and H.323 stack. Now I have the two clusters in the same CUCM version (one SIP and one H323) and the call display behaves differently.

Hi Ashok,You're right, it shows the internal name and the external mask.There is one step I missed and it was to answer the call, so basically during the Alerting state I see the internal name and the DN, but once I hit the Answer soft key in Phone B...
