We tested on CUCM 10.5.2 using FW SIP894x.9-4-2-8 and the voicemail button immediately dialled into voicemail. This FW version is compatible with CUCM 7.1.5 and above, so you could try that. FW 9.4.2(SR1) is available now for the 8945 as well. Hope...

Jabber has two Certificates in the Enterprise trust folder, I've also copied them into the Trusted Root Certificates folder.
