Would it be possible to configure a SIP trunk per recording group from CUCM to MediaSense. Then do a custom API so that a manager of a specific group can getSessions and have Device ref or Device ID be the SIP trunk associated to their group?

This isn't what I was looking for. Basically interested if there is a way to pull recordings from MediaSense via API based off the device ID of the SIP trunk it used for recording.

We have resolved this issue. The export was failing on user's who had SpeechConnect enabled. If we disabled SpeechConnect on their account and had them delete their voicemail, the export worked on new voicemail that were left without SpeechConnect ...

I believe I've found it. Whenever it fails; I see a 404 not found; and then it sends a Q.850 disconnect code of "1" to CUCM. I believe if I change service parameter for "Stop routing on Unallocated Number Flag" to false, it should resolve the issue...
