Let me rephrase this...I am wanting to do a silent off-net transfer to another number going to a contact center, so I need to disable the ringback going outbound to the PSTN via a pots dial peer on an H.323 connected voice gateway.

Changing my SIP trunk in Call Manager to 10.47.69.6 did fix it, this is my first trunk experience to an OSPF VG, I added each IP on the CUBE to the sip trunk and we're good to go...Thanks so much!!
