How do Partners get their Cisco Services Access Management set up for Delegated Admins so they can add users? Is this required so customers can set them up as CBR users?
If a customer has both services, how does that affect a customers SSH traffic and what data is the correct config data being shown to the TAC engineer in a case? What are the key differences of the two services and how do they interact?
If you are able to establish a TAC case they most certainly assist you with trouble shooting in the event there is an issue with how things are being reported.
