Cant access SX10N webpage after registering as Spark roomIs the a different set of credentials to access the units once they are registered to Spark rooms.On a seperate note, the unit was on CE8.2, but automatically upgraded to CE8.3 pre alpha?!

Hi Marc,Thanks for that, bit odd as we can't set auto answer or other tweaks. Hopefully they will that available on settings menu or cloud management portal.Not sure about 8.3 pre alpha upgrade. Clients should remain on a stable load as its a new ser...

The 0$ TP room offer is bundled with the discounted SMP offer when selected within the TP endpoint SKU.For non TP server deployments, use R-UCL-UCM-LIC-K9 and select TP room quantity as required.

+1 to what Tommer said.Jabber with expressway offers the same functinality with on-prem hardware/infra. Merge Jabber/Spark products into:- Jabber/Spark Premises- Jabber/Spark CloudAlso aligns with CMR naming.
