Can you please share show run from Router. is that calls hit the Hunt-group first on CUCM and then to users? it will be intact .Just check couple things, Save configuration on Router before powering it off with "wr mem" You will also need to enable clocking sync between NM-HDV2 and router TDM backplane by network-clock-participate slot <X> and network-clock-select 1 e1 or t1 x x.

What is the state of the Softphone? Is it showing register currently? what is the type of softphone you are using CIPC?? Can you try one thing Close the softphone application completely From Windows Machine goto Start>Run >regedit Delete the Softphone folder under HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software> "Softphone" Then run the softphone as administrator again and see if you are getting the same error

how is your CUCM and GW connected over is SIP, H.323 ??? If its SIP, can you please take debug ccsip message and check whether you are actually sending or not Diversion header in the SIP Invite Message. what is the profile you have created did you test the profile was test rule pass through profile tool??

ISR G1 do not require license. you need to pull the CCM traces in order to verify this ..other than you can take debugs on CUBE router where you can have pretty much good idea about the call issue however for detail you need to see the CCM traces in order to find out actual root cause. if there is SIP connection between CUBE and CUCM debug ccsip message debug ccsip error debug ip tcp transcation debug voice ccapi inout
