I was wrong, I don't use default zoning and my UCS use firmware 2.1(2a) so default vlan is already disabled.I'll open a Cisco TAC to because I cannot upgrade Fabric Interconnects.

Fabric Interconnect was not update to the last firmware, after update and activate I was able to update the IOM.Thank You.
