In my environment the distribution of Cisco Jabber is SCCM . I found that after upgrading to version 10.5 Jabber h ad a folder on SCCM an older version that was trying to be installed from time to time there closed the Cisco Jabber . By deleting this folder installer of the problem in Jabber stopped happening . C:\Windows\ccmcache - search CiscoJabberSetup.msi.

Hello, I have a strange behavior when my Cisco Jabber is in deskphone mode. When I dial an external number from my Cisco Jabber for Windows (same on Mac version), I have a delay of 3s to see the number on my hardphone's screen. During this time, I have no alerting and no ring. When the number is finally displayed on the hardphone'screen, I can hear the ring tone. I have tested to dial the number directly on the hardphone and I haven't any delay. Do you think, it could be a CTI timer to adjust ? Hello Peter, When I use a previous firmware, it's working but the music comes only after a couple of seconds ~7-8s. Have you ever seen this behavior So it seems there is a bug in the firmware 9.3.4-17.

It seems odd that this would be a UDS bug since if I query UDS directly in the web browser, I get the results I would expect. I may switch us to LDAP integration to work around it/see if this bug is truly what we're hitting.
