Read error on some equipment

Hi, The equipments not showing correct information. Example: My CSP collecting IP Address 10.1.0.1, Hostname SW-DCF00-01(Attach 01). In SNTC, the Hostname of this equipment (10.1.0.1) is not correct (Attach 02). What cause is this?  

Inventory > Summary not collecting all details

Hi, Acessing "Inventory > Summary", the information showing only "CHASSI" data, not separating between Modules, Power Supply etc... Attached is the image that proves it.
