Mark ) I found the error of our ways. The PC root FW was on and then the IOS file in the TFTP was an extraction from a higher version for another 3560G Switch. I am sorry for the confusion. You did great~! Thank you.

Masoud - Tunnel may be the correct terminology. I was told Point to Point by the ISP, so I just referenced that. Topology - I will draw up something and attach it later. Thank you.
