Hi fellows,Where can I find logs to analyse SASD login problems? I've faced "Failed to get version from VSOM. Can not obtain current version of SASD" error during login and want to dedug this situation. Thank you in advance.
First of all, check your firmware on camera (system settings/firmware management) or on camera. If version is 1.6.17, camera rotate, but not zoom. Download this firmware CIVS-IPC-2900-1.6.18.2084-O1.6086.ppm on cisco.com and update it from VSOM.
