PBX operator supervisor is asking for a report of all calls made from and received by a certain extension, they think an employee is abusing the phone. Is there a log by default or is it something that I need to configure and then run a report on?
I am on CUCM 8.6 and needing to setup a way to contact the "public" operator. Right now, when I dial 0, it rings to the in-house PBX, and there is a desire to be able to contact the regular outside operator.
