Good Afternoon, I have a Cisco WRVS4400N router with an active Protect Link license. I recently began having an issue where internet access would cease to work. Upon inspection of the router I noticed that the Protect Link feature was unavailable and that I had to enter the activation code again in order to get the feature to work. Once Protect Link was enabled again, internet access would resume as normal. The router has the latest firmware, 220.127.116.11. The 1 year license was purchashed in June and there had not been a problem until recently. I tried contacting Trend Micro for support but I was only pointed towards Cisco. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
