Hi Paolo,Can you explain it more? I'm experiecing similar issue with Cisco 2921.Are you saying leave the embedded service engine0/0 shutdown and configure IP on ISM0/0 module and make a session to ISM 0/0 ?ThanksRaj

Hi Java,Thanks for your reply . Yes DHCP was in place and TFTP was pointing to DHCP server... I have plugged my laptop to the phone and it's getting IP address from the phone vlan. Well I had to do factory default on the phone because it was hung , ...
