I recently built the same scenario and used static routes per vrf pointing to port-channel subinterfaces in ASA where the policies for each VRF will be configured. I think this scenario is ok.HTHJay Ocampo

HI, I don't think you can either stack or do VSS on 2 x nexus 5Ks for management. You can do VPC with config-sync. HTHJay Ocampo

HI , Best to do a "show vpc consistency-parameters global" and ensure all yourvlans between the N5K pairs are the same. It will show you table comparing the parameters set on both N5Ks so you could easily spot the difference. :) HTH.Jay Ocampo
