It appears as though Cisco is finally adding this feature. It's made it's first appearance in VSM 7.6: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/physical_security/video_surveillance/network/vsm/release_notes/7_6_0/vsm_rn_7_6_0.html#pgfId-183827 However, I'm personally awaiting 7.6.1 or 7.7 before I get too comfortable with it. Hello, Is this is first media server you are adding to VSOM ?. Can you please go server page of VSOM and check location are there any entry for automated VSMS created during first installation. If yes try modified or delete it add it back. Br, Nadeem Ahmed
