How can I make the CDR bill for external calls only? It bills for all internal and external calls in the same rating since I found only one rating interface.

I have configured all configuration creating remote destination and remote profile ….. but snr is not working . When a call is made it visible on the gateway that it is out to the remote destination but not calling on the phone.
