Dear all in my corporate network we have UCCX 8.5 and one of our agent is not able to log in (The ID You entered was not found)after i tried so many was to fix this issue but still facing the same issue please help me to fix this issue
@Roger Kallberg I am much new with RTMT so I don’t want to collect unnecessary logs thats why I asked you tell me which option i have to select to only shows me where the call is failed
