 in my organization one user not able to call from his extension to PSTN  i tried Cisco DNA/CDA  Analyzer but i am not able to see in records that the call is failed due to xzy cause.however how i can find that the call is failed and  cause of failur...
Dear all in my corporate network we have UCCX 8.5 and one of our agent is not able to log in (The ID You entered was not found)after i tried so many was to fix this issue but still facing the same issue please help me to fix this issue
