Is there another link that can be used to get the information for mass ITL file delete and update? We are having this issue, but the Cisco WIKI site has been decommissioned as of 25 Jan 2019.
A call is placed on hold, then when it needs to be placed on hold a second time the hold button is no longer available it is greyed out on the soft key screen.
